OUR STORY

We have both been working in tourism for a long time. Business trips as well as meetings and events are our speciality. That's how we met. We have both traveled, lived and worked in different countries. Tourism has always been our passion.

The Vila Mir has always been a guest house, and we want to revive this tradition, but in a different way. With the reopening, we are now the third generation passionate about tourism and working with guests. Quality, service and hospitality are very important to us. Beautiful furnishings to feel home are also part of this.

We love good food, delicious wine and nature. You will enjoy quality time here. Hearing stories from people from all over the world are great. As passionate travel experts we are also happy to give you tips on how to explore the region and the country.

You can speak to us in 6 languages. Miha speaks German, English, Slovenian, Croatian and Serbian. Kathrin speaks German, English, French and Slovenian is getting better and better...
